How Quickly We Ship

  • We process all orders within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • During busy periods like holidays or big sales, processing might take a tiny bit longer — but we'll always keep you updated.

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide. Wherever you are, we've got you covered. If for some reason your country isn't showing up at checkout, just send us a quick message at info@wonderlyshop.com and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Delivery Times

  • Processing: 1-3 business days
  • Transit: 2-12 business days, depending on where you are
  • Total estimated delivery: 3-15 business days

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with detailed tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

No Hidden Fees, No Customs Charges

Shopping with WONDERLY is simple — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No surprises, no extra customs duties, no hidden import fees on delivery. We take care of all of that for you.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

Free worldwide shipping on orders over $150 (or the equivalent in your local currency).

For orders below that amount, you'll see your exact shipping cost before you pay — no surprises.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number along with a link to follow your package's journey.

  • Please give the tracking number up to 24 hours to start showing updates.
  • If you can't find your shipping email, take a quick look in your spam or junk folder. Still missing? Just email us at info@wonderlyshop.com and we'll send it again.

Got the Address Right?

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order — we ship to whatever address you provide at checkout.

If you spot a mistake, just message us at info@wonderlyshop.com within 2 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before your package leaves us. Once it's shipped, the address can't be changed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Packages occasionally get held up in transit, especially during busy seasons. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 14 business days, please reach out to us at info@wonderlyshop.com and we'll investigate it right away with the carrier.

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors, household members, or building reception
  2. Look around your delivery spot (porch, mailbox, side entrance, garage)
  3. Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
  4. If it's still missing after 48 hours, let us know and we'll help you sort it out

Damaged Packages

We pack everything carefully, but accidents happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, here's what to do:

  1. Take a few clear photos of both the packaging and the damaged item
  2. Email us at info@wonderlyshop.com within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Include your order number along with the photos

We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no hassle.
